Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as flexible, temporary postal delivery drivers. You will deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot, serving your local community with pride.

All roles require a full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points, physical fitness for walking long distances, and flexibility to work varying shifts. You will be assessed on your driving ability before starting.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts vary; ability to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot across your round.
• Ensure secure delivery in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Provide excellent service in your community while on shift.
