Job summary

Alltruck plc is seeking a Fleet Controller to coordinate fleet maintenance, breakdowns, compliance activity and repair events with accuracy and urgency. The role protects service level agreements and minimises vehicle off-road time, while ensuring customers are kept informed by colleagues, suppliers and the customer team to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate fleet maintenance, breakdowns, compliance events and repairs from start to finish.
Protect service level agreements and minimise vehicle off-road time.
Provide timely, accurate updates to customers throughout issues.
Maintain and update service history, orders and supplier information.
Control costs and supplier performance; escalate when necessary.
Support continuous improvement across the operations team.
