Job summary

Splend is seeking a Maintenance Controller based at Aldgate Office to coordinate maintenance activities, manage service communications, and reduce vehicle downtime by maintaining the VOR list. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within budget.

The role requires experience in fleet maintenance or automotive operations, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fleet maintenance, automotive operations, or a similar coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Take calls and emails from suppliers, negotiate and approve costs for service repairs nationally within budget.
• Generate reports to ensure timely servicing and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain and reduce Vehicle Off Road (VOR) list with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with workshops and internal teams to complete maintenance on time.
