Job summary

XPO Logistics is recruiting a Fleet Supervisor to join our Hatfield site alongside our customer Arla. You will monitor VOR lists, manage fleet damage repairs, and coordinate peak fleets to ensure on-time deliveries. The role runs Sunday–Thursday 08:00–16:00 and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review VOR lists every AM and PM and challenge any vehicle in VMU for more than 2 days.
• Provide reliable daily and weekly VOR KPIs.
• Manage fleet damage repairs with bodyshops and suppliers.
• Undertake regular spot condition inspections.
