Job summary

XPO Logistics in Darton is seeking a Transport Supervisor to work onsite, Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, overseeing admin tasks, HGV fleet maintenance, investigations and QHSE activities.

Ideal candidates will have transport office experience, strong customer service skills, and practical knowledge of HGVs. The role emphasises monitoring service schedules, KPI reporting and liaising with maintenance providers to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with maintenance providers to ensure compliance.
• Conduct vehicle-related investigations.
• Support site-level investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Contribute to site monitoring and QHSE goals through scorecard participation.

Logistics done differently. We’re hiring a Transport Supervisor to work onsite at our customer site in Darton, Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm, overseeing admin tasks, HGV fleet maintenance, investigations, and QHSE activities—ideal candidates will have transport office experience, strong customer service skills.

Pay, Benefits And More

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £34,000 per annum. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
