Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust seeks a proactive customer service administrator to manage salary sacrifice schemes and related queries. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, process emails, and coordinate with vehicle suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, and you will be part of the Fleet Solutions team within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level/NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in customer service, business administration.
• Experience in financial and/or transport/motor industry or customer service.
• Experience working with databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and NHS stakeholders.
• Handle customer queries via email and telephone.
• Convert quotations into placed business.
• Ensure best value from suppliers and manage vehicle deliveries.
• Field incoming calls and perform administrative tasks for salary sacrifice schemes.
