Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Fleet Solutions administrator to manage salary sacrifice schemes and handle customer queries by phone and email from the Fleet Solutions team. The role is office-based and training is provided, with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness to daily high call volumes.

Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is desirable; candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating web-based systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Evidence of ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job.

• Field incoming calls and manage employee queries by email.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to salary sacrifice schemes.
