SG Fleet AU is seeking a proactive Consumer Sales Support team member to handle inbound calls and emails, assist customers with quoting and sales queries, and follow up opportunities to drive B2C results. Qualifikationen

• Experience of direct contact with customers.
• GCSEs or equivalent indicating competency in oral & written communication.
• GCSE in Maths or equivalent numeracy qualification.
• Computer literate with ability to use business systems.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team performance.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Contribute to the growth of the Consumer fleet by retaining existing business and winning new business.
• Advising and guiding drivers through the sales process particularly the technicalities of salary sacrifice.
• Utilise tools and sales skills to win business with compliant, proactive follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales and activity-based B2C targets.
• Maintain databases - Dynamics, Miles and other systems used by the business.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and support reporting requirements.
• Flexible approach to working hours to meet customer requirements.
• Develop knowledge of industry and marketplace; support wider team objectives.
