You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain detailed service logs. The position emphasizes strong customer service, professional communication by phone and email, and proficient IT skills (Excel).

Qualifications

• Customer service experience – within a contact centre or retail / sales
• Excellent communication skills – via phone and email
• Good IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Deal with all internet, email and phone enquiries

Responsibilities

• Deal with all internet, email and phone enquiries
• Liaise with various suppliers to attend on site or arrange booking into workshop
• Chase updates and keep accurate records of calls and notes
• Manage cases from start to finish
