Job summary

Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions LTD is recruiting for two Fleet Service Advisors in the DE55 area on a permanent basis. The role follows a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern totaling 40 hours per week, with two available early and late shift positions.

Salary is £25,692 per year, with a focus on keeping commercial vehicles moving and customers informed. You will coordinate servicing, liaise with workshops and suppliers, and ensure timely updates to customers and drivers, while prioritising urgent issues

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet/transport or automotive service environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and handle enquiries from customers and drivers.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise with workshops and suppliers to progress work.
• Monitor vehicles off the road and chase repair progress.
• Keep customers and drivers updated throughout the repair process.
• Manage repair authorisations, estimates and costs.
