Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a Fleet Service & Repair Executive to join our Flex Rental team in the UK. You will help keep the rental fleet moving, manage damage and maintenance costs, and work with workshop teams, suppliers and customers to coordinate repairs and process invoices.

Ideal candidates are organised, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. You will handle damage recharges, invoices and administration to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle rental, fleet, automotive or similar environment.
• Experience handling invoices and administration tasks.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• Good IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle condition reports and arrange repair estimates.
• Keep vehicle records and stock information up to date.
• Coordinate with repairers and suppliers to ensure timely repairs.
• Contact customers for repair cost approvals.
• Raise damage recharge invoices and send promptly.
• Process maintenance and repair invoices for approval and payment.
• Respond to customer questions about damage and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor ongoing repairs and manage workloads.
• Support the Flex Operations team with day-to-day administration.
