Ayvens is seeking a Fleet Service & Repair Executive to join the Flex Rental team. You will coordinate repairs, process invoices, and manage damage-related queries to keep the rental fleet moving.

The role requires organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with workshop teams, suppliers and customers. A UK driving licence is required and a proactive attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a vehicle rental, fleet, automotive or similar environment.
• Experience handling invoices and administration tasks.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing vehicle condition reports for returned vehicles and arranging repair estimates where needed.
• Keeping vehicle records and stock information up to date.
• Working with repairers and suppliers to ensure repairs are completed as quickly as possible.
• Contacting customers when repair costs need approval.
• Raising damage recharge invoices and ensuring they are sent out promptly.
• Processing maintenance and repair invoices for approval and payment.
• Responding to customer questions about vehicle damage, repair costs and invoices.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Monitoring ongoing repairs and helping to keep workloads on track.
• Supporting the wider Flex Operations team with day-to-day administration.
