Job summary

4th Dimension Innovation Ltd in Egham, Surrey, is seeking a Hire Fleet Production & Parts Coordinator to join our team. You’ll oversee servicing, repairs and maintenance of the hire fleet, ensuring parts are on hand and bikes are ready within SLA.

You’ll coordinate parts requisitioning, stock control and supplier liaison, keeping accurate records and supporting the production team to hit output targets in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with motorcycle parts and their use across makes/models.
• Experience handling information using databases and phone communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and database software.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Book bikes onto site and create workshop jobs for servicing and repairs.
• Administer and complete workshop jobs, including booking parts to jobs and signing off.
• Control hire fleet parts stock to maximise fleet utilisation.
• Liaise with external suppliers and process daily parts orders by phone and email.
• Receipt parts onto IT systems and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare parts packs and kits for technicians and support workshop operations.
• Review suppliers and stock levels to cut costs and improve lead times.
• Cover similar coordination positions when needed.
