Job summary

Streamline Services Consultancy Limited is recruiting a Technical Parts Coordinator to join a small service team in Thurrock, supporting field engineers who maintain and repair commercial fitness equipment across the region.

This hands-on role blends parts identification, service coordination, stock control and warehouse duties. You will ensure engineers have the correct parts for scheduled repairs while keeping accurate stock records and up-to-date service orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts coordination or service administration.
• Understanding of mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with stock control or service systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required from service/repair orders.
• Liaise with manufacturer for information and discrepancies.
• Update service orders and stock records; estimate parts requirements.
• Arrange parts ordering and monitor availability; maintain stock levels.
• Prepare daily parts shipments for field engineers; ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile issued parts with completed jobs and process returns.
• Receive deliveries; check goods against orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records across service and warehouse management systems.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email with timely updates.
• Support general warehouse duties including picking and packing.
