Job summary

Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) is recruiting for a Fleet Administration Manager at our Appleton Thorn site. This full-time, permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and leads the fleet admin and maintenance function while ensuring objectives are met.

You will manage invoicing, KPI reporting, insurance liaison, and staff development, delivering high levels of service and maintaining strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience within a transport environment is desirable.
• Solid budgeting understanding and transport compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communicator with coaching and development skills.
• Capable of operating with limited supervision within fixed guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet service and maintenance processes to ensure legal compliance.
• Oversee invoiced revenue and weekly/monthly invoicing.
• Escalation point for the team, liaising with dealer/repair networks and Planning Team.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism from the team.
• Drive fleet KPIs and improve performance through team objectives.
• Schedule staff rota to cover Fleet Helpdesk 24/7.
