Job summary

Stobart is recruiting a Fleet Administration Manager for the Appleton Thorn site in Warrington, United Kingdom. The role is full-time and permanent, with a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday, based at our Warrington location.

You will lead the fleet admin and maintenance functions, driving KPI delivery and maintaining high service standards. The role requires strong budgeting, supervision, and compliance awareness within a dynamic transport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising within a transport environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of budgets and transport compliance.
• Excellent communicator with coaching and development skills.
• Able to operate with limited supervision within fixed guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet admin and maintenance function to ensure legal compliance.
• Oversee invoicing and revenue tracking on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Act as escalation point for the team and coordinate with dealers, repair networks, and Planning Team.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Deliver and improve fleet KPIs through team objectives and reporting.
• Roster staff to cover Fleet Helpdesk 24/7.
