Job summary

Stobart, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting for a Fleet Administration Manager at Appleton Thorn. This full-time role leads the fleet admin and maintenance function and ensures KPI targets are met while maintaining customer service excellence.

You will manage the team, control fleet service processes within legal compliance, and handle invoicing, reporting, and staff scheduling to support a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a transport fleet or similar team.
• Strong budget understanding and transport compliance knowledge.
• Proven communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the fleet admin and maintenance team.
• Ensure fleet service and maintenance meet legal compliance.
• Oversee invoiced revenue and weekly/monthly invoicing.
• Act as escalation point with dealer, repair networks, and Planning Team.
• Maintain fleet and KPI reporting and improve KPI performance.
• Manage staff rota for Fleet Helpdesk 24/7.
