Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Fleet Operations Account Coordinator based in Huddersfield. The role focuses on supporting vehicle order processing, customer account management, and leasing company relationships in a fast-paced fleet operations team.

You will coordinate orders from enquiry to delivery, act as a main contact for partners and customers, and ensure accurate data recording while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, leasing, account coordination, administration, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet vehicle orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for leasing company partners and customers.
• Maintain regular communication and provide progress updates on vehicle orders.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all customer and vehicle information is accurately recorded.
• Support the wider team in achieving operational and business objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fleet vehicle orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within fleet, leasing, account coordination, administration, or customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Knowledge of Leaselink, One Link, or Supplytrak would be advantageous.

A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
