About the Role

In this role you will lead the Fleet team and be responsible for the efficient management and operation of a fleet of approximately 150x vehicles. These are based at 16x sites throughout the UK and Ireland.

This role involves vehicle and driver compliance monitoring, coupled to strict adherence for all relevant regulations and legislations. Whilst optimizing the fleet performance, and driving down cost and downtime.

To recruit, train, and coach members of the fleet team to improve performance, whilst driving a culture of excellence, openness, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Fleet Database Management; through local systems.
  • Auditing; Fleet, O Licenses, OCRS, Records.
  • Fleet Policy and Quality Compliance and Review.
  • Driver & Vehicle Infringement Oversight and Administrational Updates and Reporting.
  • Vehicle Accident Management Control.
  • Driver Licensing Oversight and Administrational Updates.
  • Central Fleet Utilization.
  • Driver/Vehicle Performance Data Controller.
  • Driver Training Compliance.
  • Cost Control Analysis.
