Qualifications

• Experience in logistics planning and operations management.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations and hours rules.
• Ability to analyse and solve logistic problems.
• Proven ability to manage staffing and driver allocation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute collection and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Ensure staffing levels including agency staff to meet customer requirements.
• Manage driver hours and timesheets to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate plans and updates to internal/external customers to optimise service.
• Work as part of a team and participate in cross-training to cover absences.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in operations.
