• Experience in management accounting and budgeting.
• Ability to produce management accounts and perform variance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and large data handling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly fleet P&L accounts with commentary.
• Produce fleet performance reports to support decisions.
• Develop and enhance fleet, asset, and R&M reporting.
• Reconcile fleet assets across systems and manage lifecycle.
