A recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator for a full-time temporary role in Basingstoke, UK. This position involves managing vehicle servicing, compliance, and supporting the fleet team. The ideal candidate must possess strong administration skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Our client is seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis for approximately 3 months. The ideal candidate will be available immediately and must have strong administration skills along with good attention to detail, the ability to multi-task organise multiple tasks throughout the day.
The purpose of this role is to provide day to day Fleet support in the management, maintenance and servicing of all vehicles and to proactively assist the Fleet Team in ensuring compliance and health and safety is adhered to.
This opportunity is working on a hybrid basis, 3 days office based and 2 days from home.
