Job summary

MJ Quinn Integrated Services Limited is seeking a Fleet Compliance Administrator to join our Fleet team in Knowsley. The role suits a highly organised, proactive administrator with a eye for detail and strong compliance focus.

Based in Knowsley, the role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with salary £25,400. You will manage vehicle documentation, inspections, driver checks, fleet systems, onboarding, and training records.

Qualifications

• Organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communicator with a professional inter-personal approach.
• Adaptable and keen to contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records related to vehicle documentation, inspections, MOTs and compliance.
• Monitor driver licence checks and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage fleet management systems and GDPR-compliant data handling.
• Track defects and maintenance, schedule inspections and upkeep logs.
• Coordinate driver training and maintain qualification records.
• Support onboarding with fleet-related induction materials.
• Assist in scheduling inspections and maintenance activities.
• Provide general admin support including reporting and filing.
• Organise training sessions with relevant departments.
• Log and escalate public complaints about driver behaviour and parking if needed.
