Job summary

Bradford Council is seeking a Fuel, Hire & Compliance Officer in the Fleet Compliance Department at the Shearbridge depot. The role supports operational management with a flexible approach to priorities and service deadlines. You will handle payroll, job sheets, ICT queries, and reporting for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process fleet workshop job sheets accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain daily staff attendance records and payroll data.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers, internal and external.
• Create reports for legislative compliance and vehicle costs.
• Monitor procedures and carry out internal audits across Fleet & Transport Services.
• Provide cover for other Fuel, Hire & Compliance Officers when required.
