Job summary

Staffline in Solihull is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage driver and vehicle compliance across the UK and international regions. This office-based role requires meticulous organisation and strong communication to support a compliant fleet operation.

You will monitor licence expirations, MOT status, DVLA checks, insurance coverage, and regional requirements, ensuring accurate document submission and filing. Training on tools will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is essential.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills are required.
• Experience with compliance systems and databases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers' compliance status across UK, NI, and international regions.
• Identify and address compliance issues using internal systems.
