Job summary

GAP Group is recruiting a Fleet Disposal Manager to lead the disposal of plant, equipment and vehicles across its divisions. You will be the central contact for asset disposal, refurbishments and internal reporting.

You will manage the Asset Disposal Team, determine optimal disposal routes including auctions, and drive KPI performance. GAP Group offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme and extensive benefits as part of its employee programme.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fleet disposals team
• Excellent people skills
• Proven record of building customer relationships and adhering to KPIs
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft office packages
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of plant/equipment lifecycle and valuation.

Responsibilities

• Manage disposal of plant, equipment and vehicles across all divisions.
• Act as central contact for asset disposal, auctions, refurbishments and reporting.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Asset Disposal Team.
• Determine optimal routes and methods for asset disposal.
