Job summary

Stobart, part of Culina Group, is recruiting a Fleet Administrator at our Appleton Thorn site to support the Transport Department and Fleet Manager with accurate records and fleet compliance. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00.

You will handle data entry for tachograph, maintenance records, driver holidays, defect logs, and generate daily reports to help keep the operation running smoothly. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail oriented, proficient in MS Office, and able to

Qualifications

• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
• Able to work using own initiative and with little supervision.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in FMCG environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administration and data entry to maintain tachograph system.
• Maintain maintenance records for fleet and Operator Licence.
• Validate daily VOR/Service board and escalate service slippage.
• Track drivers’ holidays and sickness; monitor TruTac system.
• Oversee defect and service records; store per company standards.
• Ensure onboarding and exit control of all fleet; maintain systems/records.
• Update WTD system to keep data current.
• Produce daily reports for Transport on missing mileage.
• Manage tag accounts (DART, Severn, M6 Toll) and audit usage.
• Compile and monitor Driver card & Vehicle Upload reports; track non-compliance.
• Order and control fleet impress stock.
• Receive and monitor fuel deliveries; manage fuel monitor system.
• Provide reports/spreadsheets to internal departments.
• Perform any other formal/legal duties and archiving.
