Culina Logistics in Market Drayton is seeking a Fleet Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves maintaining vehicle fleet records, data entry for tachograph systems, and preparing reports. The position offers a structured work pattern with standard hours and a fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will manage maintenance data, support toll accounts, and provide timely reports to internal teams while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Job description

Our Market Drayton site have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Salary: £22,678.50

Working hours: Monday - Friday (days), 09:00-14:30 (6.5hr shifts)

Key Duties of a Fleet Administrator:

• Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records for storage in line with company standard.
• Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.
• Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
• Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the Company's tachograph system
• Booking and keeping records of periodic driver training.
• Administration of all toll road accounts.
• Supporting depot investigations by providing vehicle related data.
• Handling feedback from members of public.
• Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
• Carrying out any other formal and legal duties.
• Record keeping and archive control.
• Attention to detail/accuracy
