Culina is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Transport Logistics division in Warrington. The role focuses on fleet compliance, data entry, and record management within a busy transport operation.

You will monitor maintenance records, validate service boards, and handle driver holidays while maintaining accurate tachograph and fuel records. This is a structured, Monday–Friday role with a salary up to £27,031 depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to succeed in a pressurised environment.
• Able to work using own initiative and with little supervision.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, Outlook (or equivalent).
• Previous experience gained in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in an FMCG environment is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Maintain maintenance records for the fleet and Operator Licence.
• Daily validation of VOR/Service board and escalation of service slippage.
• Input drivers’ holidays and sickness; maintain TruTac system.
• Oversee accuracy of defect and service records for storage.
• Onboarding and exit control of all fleet records and systems.
• Update WTD data to ensure accuracy.
• Produce daily reports for missing mileage to Transport department.
• Manage tag accounts (DART, Severn, M6 Toll) and audit usage.
• Record Driver card and Vehicle Upload reports; monitor non-compliance.
• Order and control impress stock for the fleet.
• Receive and monitor fuel deliveries; maintain fuel monitoring system.
• Provide various reports/spreadsheets for internal departments.
• Carry out other duties and recordkeeping as required.

As part of our, Transport Logistics division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as aFleet Administrator.

Salary: Up to £27,031 per annum, depending on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday,08:00-17:00

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a busy transport operation, playing a key role in ensuring fleet compliance, efficiency and accurate record management.

Key duties of a Fleet Administrator:

• Administration and data entry to maintain the Company’s tachograph System
• Monitoring and maintaining all maintenance records relating to the company fleet and Operator Licence undertaking
• Daily validation of the department VOR/Service board and escalation of potential service slippage to the O Licence holder(s)
• Inputting and monitoring drivers’ holidays and sickness absence, maintaining the TruTac system
• Overseeing accuracy and completion of all defect and service records for storage in line with company standard
• Accurate on boarding and exit control of all fleet within the company maintaining all systems and records as defined
• Regularly updating the WTD system, ensuring the data is up to date and accurate
• Creating and providing daily reports to the Transport department regarding missing mileage
• Management of all tag accounts, i.e. DART, Severn, M6 Toll. Maintain accurate records of each tag account and monitor usage monthly. Identify and report any occurrences of mis-use. Carry out electronic tag equipment audits to ensure all assets are still at the recorded locations
• Compiling and monitoring Driver card & Vehicle Upload Report and keeping records of instances of non-compliance to procedures
• Control and ordering of all impress stock relating to the fleet
• Receiving and monitoring fuel deliveries, maintaining the fuel monitoring system
• Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner
• Carrying out any other formal and legal duties
• Record keeping and archive control
