Culina is hiring a Fleet Administrator on a 12 month fixed-term contract in our Chilled & Fresh division, based in Market Drayton. The role covers maintenance records, fleet data management, and reporting, with a 9:00–14:30 Monday to Friday shift.

You will support tachograph administration, driver training records, toll accounts, and data requests from internal teams, helping keep our temperature-controlled fleet safe, compliant and efficient.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records for storage in line with company standard.
• Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.
• Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
• Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the tachograph system.
• Booking and recording periodic driver training.
• Administration of toll road accounts.
• Supporting depot investigations with vehicle-related data.
• Handling feedback from members of the public.
• Providing reports/spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
• Record keeping and archive control.

As part of our Chilled & Freshdivision, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as aFleet Administrator on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Shift:Monday - Friday (days),09:00-14:30 (6.5hr shifts)

Key Duties of a Fleet Administrator:

• Overseeing accuracy and completion of maintenance records for storage in line with company standard.
• Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.
• Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
• Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the Company’s tachograph system
• Booking and keeping records of periodic driver training.
• Administration of all toll road accounts.
• Supporting depot investigations by providing vehicle related data.
• Handling feedback from members of public.
• Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
• Carrying out any other formal and legal duties.
• Record keeping and archive control.
