You will manage a portfolio of key fleet accounts, overseeing the vehicle order process from enquiry to delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Qualifications

• Experience in fleet administration or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Managers with quotes, stock checks, and admin.
• Manage a portfolio of key fleet accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Process quotes and orders using Kerridge and other fleet systems.
• Coordinate the full order journey from enquiry to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, lease companies, sales, and logistics.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve issues proactively.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue amounts.
• Prepare reports for forecasting and performance analysis.
• Arrange vehicle deliveries, demos, and fitments as required.
