• Experience leading a sizeable depot or similar operations unit.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and performance accountability.
• Proven ability to develop future leaders and manage managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a flagship depot operation and deliver outstanding performance.
• Take ownership of depot profitability, budgets and year-on-year improvement.
• Develop a team of department heads to create high-performing teams.
• Coordinate departments to fulfil customer requirements and deliver service.
• Drive a customer-first culture and keep customers at heart.
• Optimise fleet utilisation, resource planning and productivity.
• Use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement across processes and service.
