Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking a General Manager for our Southampton depot to lead operational performance, customer satisfaction and profitability. You will oversee a team of department heads and shape culture, discipline and accountability to deliver exceptional results.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight and a drive to develop future leaders while ensuring we meet complex hire needs for major customers across the UK.

• Proven experience leading a sizeable depot, operational unit or logistics operation.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget and performance oversight.
• Experience coaching through managers and developing future leaders.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
