You will manage a team of department heads, align operations to customer needs and drive a culture of accountability and excellence. The role offers a salary from £60,000 to £80,000 per year, plus a company car or cash allowance of £8,750, private medical care, 25 days’ annual leave, life assurance, pension and lifestyle

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sizeable depot or logistics operations.
• Strong commercial sense with budget and performance oversight.
• Experience developing leaders and managing cross-functional teams.
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering operational excellence.
• Ability to balance customer expectations with delivery and commercial goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
