NRG. in Newcastle City Centre is seeking a Lithuanian and English speaking First Response Advisor to join a busy legal team. You will be the first contact for clients, handling inquiries in English and Lithuanian and ensuring accurate data capture for a smooth client journey.

The successful candidate will support initial queries, maintain detailed records, and work closely with colleagues to uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian with ability to communicate with clients in both languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in administrative, call-handling or customer service roles is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and emails in English and Lithuanian with clear, professional information.
  • Record accurate client enquiry details and attendance notes for the First Response Team.
  • Assist clients with initial queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Update case management systems with client data and maintain confidential records.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure a smooth client journey and handover of information.
  • Ensure communications and data handling comply with confidentiality standards.

Lithuanian and English Speaking First Response Advisor

Location: Newcastle City Centre

Salary: £23,250 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a First Response Advisor (English and Lithuanian speaking) to join a busy legal team in Newcastle City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a professional manner to become an integral part of our client care team.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries in English and Lithuanian. You will play a key role in ensuring that client information is accurately captured and that each enquiry is managed efficiently and with care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails, providing clear and professional information in English and Lithuanian, depending on client needs.
  • Attendance Taking: Record accurate details of client enquiries and attendance notes for the First Response Team, ensuring information is logged correctly.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with initial queries and direct them to the appropriate department or legal team member.
  • Case Administration: Update case management systems with relevant client data and maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth client journey and seamless handover of information.
  • Compliance: Ensure all communication and data handling meet the firm’s compliance and confidentiality standards.
About You
  • Fluent language skills in English and Lithuanian are essential, as the role involves supporting clients who communicate in these languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced office environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, call-handling or customer service role — ideally within a legal or professional services environment — is desirable but not essential.
