Job summary

NRG Resourcing Ltd in Gateshead is seeking an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client on a permanent basis.

You will handle general HR queries, lead employee relations including investigations and absence management, manage recruitment and onboarding, and ensure records and policies stay compliant and up to date. This role offers development opportunities, flexible working, on-site parking and an enhanced pension.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist experience required.
• Strong ER knowledge and investigations.
• Resourceful problem-solving and solid HR policies knowledge.
• CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.

What will you be doing:

• Dealing will general HR queries and providing guidance

• Leading Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management

• Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding

• Keeping employee records up to date and compliance

• Ensuring policies and procedures are relevant and up to date

• Supporting with key projects and initiatives as they arise
