Corpay One, Inc. in the UK is seeking a First Line Support role within the UK Product Support division. This permanent position is based at our Meriden office and focuses on delivering a professional customer experience for 1link users, including service centres and drivers.

You will handle telephone, web chat and email enquiries, resolve routine issues, and schedule future work while recording details accurately. Training, equipment, and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in first line or help-desk.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Able to resolve queries and handle difficult conversations.
• Confident using Microsoft applications and learning new systems.
• Organised and accurate with multitasking.
• Experience with 1link or automotive platforms is beneficial.
• Familiar with CRM or incident-management systems.
• Knowledge of automotive fleet or vehicle maintenance industry is beneficial.
• Customer focused and resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via telephone, web chat and email.
• Provide clear guidance and resolve routine 1link issues.
• Own enquiries, keep customers informed and escalate when needed.
• Handle complaints calmly and professionally.
• Schedule future work and workshop bookings in 1link.
• Record interactions accurately in CRM or ticketing system.
• Maintain strong knowledge of supported 1link products and processes.
