Job summary

Corpay in Meriden, England, is seeking a Software Support Analyst on a permanent basis within the UK Product Support division. You will be the first line of contact for customers, become a business expert in the software, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.

The role involves supporting 1st and 2nd line queries, assisting with new releases, and providing training and guidance to customers, with a focus on problem solving and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in software support or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience supporting 1st or 2nd line queries.
• Exposure to JIRA, Slack, SQL Studio, or Team Foundation Server is advantageous.
• Experience with XML SOAP web services or JSON APIs is advantageous.
• Able to work under pressure, be detail oriented, assertive and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolution for 1st and 2nd line queries, including escalation to product team.
• Providing detailed advice and guidance on product best practices.
• Managing software incidents and tickets, replicating and documenting incidents.
• Supporting new releases through testing of new products and updates.
• Understanding customer requirements for solutions and best configuration.
• Supporting product specialists with data and issue management.
• Providing virtual and occasional onsite user training and support.
