Job summary

Deutsche Post's DHL Supply Chain operations in Bury, near Manchester, seeks a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team of warehouse colleagues during 4-on, 4-off shifts (6pm–6am). You will drive safety, performance, and customer service, reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager and developing staff through coaching and reviews.

Pay Rate: £36,039.89 plus 10% between 6pm-10pm and 20% between 10pm-6am

Shift patterns: Working 4 on, 4 off, 6pm-6am

We are looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse First Line Manager to join our operations team. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of warehouse colleagues, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and a strong culture of safety and engagement.
