Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Runcorn is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency and ensure safety and compliance. You’ll supervise the team, monitor performance and implement improvements to meet targets.

We value proactive leaders with strong IT skills, experience with WMS and stock control, and the ability to collaborate across functions. Competitive pay and a 4-on/4-off night shift pattern are included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics management is essential.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing processes and stock control.
• IT skills with experience using WMS and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders.

Shift patterns: Night shift. 4 on, 4 off - 18:00 - 06:00

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment in a similar role is essential.
• Strong operational knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Good understanding of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
