Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Welham Green is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for Night shifts to lead a busy operation and deliver safety, productivity and service levels.

You’ll manage a team of warehouse operatives on the night shift, monitor performance, coach colleagues, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and productive operation through strong leadership and operational excellence.

• Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets and service levels.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards across the shift.
• Ensure all operational activities are completed safely and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer service.
• Coach, develop, and engage colleagues to create a high-performing team culture.
• Manage resource allocation and support effective labour planning.
• Use warehouse systems and operational data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
