Qualifications

• Communicate KPIs, SLAs and priorities through team briefs and engagement sessions.
• Champion a strong safety culture by maintaining Health & Safety standards and compliance across the operation.
• Support colleague development, continuous improvement projects and employee relations activities to build a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Inspire and lead a warehouse team to achieve operational excellence, service targets and customer expectations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment is preferred
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and build effective working relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience working within an automated FMCG warehousing operation would be advantageous.
