Job summary

Technical Resources Ltd is recruiting for a Business Development Manager / Account Manager in the Fire & Security sector across the UK. The role offers a basic salary up to £60,000 plus uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £75,000-£100,000, with a company car or car allowance.

The successful candidate will drive growth, manage key accounts, and build lasting client relationships while working with a range of Fire & Security systems and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within Fire & Security.
• Evidence of winning new business and developing relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
• Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
• Building long-term relationships with clients across a variety of industries.
• Identifying customer requirements and recommending tailored Fire & Security solutions.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Managing your sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver successful projects.
