Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading fire and security services provider across the South. You will identify opportunities, nurture long-term client relationships and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract mobilisation.

The role is hybrid, offering a basic salary of £35,000-£45,000 with OTE up to £70,000, plus benefits. Candidates based in Hertfordshire, London or surrounding areas with travel to the office as

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience in fire and security
• Experience selling installation projects and service/maintenance contracts
• Experience managing full sales process and developing relationships
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships
• Manage sales from contact to contract mobilisation, including proposals
• Build and maintain the sales pipeline across the South
• Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Use Simpro to forecast sales opportunities and report on pipeline
• Conduct site surveys and support fire and security proposals
