Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for the Fire & Security sector. Location is flexible and you will drive new business, nurture key client relationships, and promote our fire detection, CCTV, alarms, and access control solutions.

You will lead presentations, proposals, and tenders, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. UK travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development within fire and security.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tenders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
