SSR C&T in London is seeking a full-time Service Business Consultant to cover the London, Home Counties and M4 corridor. You will build lasting client relationships, expand recurring maintenance agreements across all service disciplines, and represent the company professionally.

You should have a proven track record in solution selling, strong retention skills, and a history of meeting sales targets. The role offers a £45,000 basic salary plus commission, a car or allowance, and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution selling for fire & security services.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance contracts and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage customer account plans to grow and retain business.
• Provide KPI reports and account summaries after regular client reviews.
• Manage expectations and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure KPIs, quotation turnaround, and sales targets are achieved.
• Identify new sales opportunities and promote services across disciplines.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and status reports.
• Assist credit control to ensure timely payments.
• Stay updated on industry legislation and product developments.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
