Job summary

SSR C&T in the London region is seeking a full-time Key Account Manager – Fire & Security Systems to develop and retain major customer relationships across London, the Home Counties and the M4 corridor. You will sell installation packages, drive fresh business, and deliver regular reviews, forecasts, and performance updates to hit revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer account plans to increase revenue and retention.
• Conduct regular review meetings and provide performance reports.
• Build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely quotations.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and monthly status reports.
• Support credit control to maintain payment terms.
• Stay updated with industry developments and share updates with clients.
