Job summary

SSR Contract & Technical is seeking a skilled account manager to cover London, the Home Counties and the M4 corridor. The role focuses on developing key customer relationships, selling installations packages, and identifying new business opportunities, with a basic salary to 55,000 £ plus commission, car/allowance, and 25 days holiday.

You will work for a respected regional fire and security installer, delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proven account management and sales experience.
Experience within the Fire & Security sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage customer account plans to increase revenue and retention.
Conduct regular customer review meetings with reports and performance updates.
Build strong relationships and effectively manage customer expectations.
Ensure contractual expectations, sales targets, and order objectives are achieved.
Provide timely quotations and support the delivery of services.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Produce accurate sales forecasts and monthly account status reports.
Support credit control activities to maintain agreed payment terms.
Stay up to date with industry legislation and product developments, sharing relevant updates with customers.
Represent the company professionally and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
