Job summary

SSR Contract & Technical in London and surrounding areas seeks an Account Manager to grow and retain customer relationships across London, Home Counties and M4 corridor. A base salary to £45,000 plus commission, car/allowance, 25 days holiday and a comprehensive package are on offer.

The role focuses on customer retention, solution selling and meeting sales account targets by promoting services across all disciplines and driving recurring maintenance contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on and negotiating Fire & Security maintenance solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer account plans to grow and retain business.
• Conduct regular client reviews, providing KPI reports and account summaries.
• Manage customer expectations and elevate service issues where required.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, quotation turnaround times, and sales targets are achieved.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Promote services across all disciplines and revenue streams.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and account status reports.
• Support credit control activities to ensure payments are received within terms.
• Stay informed on industry legislation and product developments for clients.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
