Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Fire Engineer to work on diverse projects across the UK, from universities to high-rise towers, including international assignments. You will review design information, liaise with Facades, Acoustics and Structures, and present designs to local authorities and the Fire Service to enhance building safety.

We offer a bespoke development programme toward chartered status, with training in technical reporting, project management, and influential communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire engineering consulting is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with authorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review design information and liaise with disciplines (Facades, Acoustics, Structures).
• Present designs to local authorities and the Fire Service and inform the design team of safety improvements.
